How to Deal with Poker Tilt after the Bad Beat

River – 3. Little show his KK and the opponent – 2 and 9. Thanks to the color on the river he gets an entire pot of $4,620. In this moment little must deal with the bad beat. Unlucky games aren’t pleasant or funny, but we can not take it seriously though. If little feels that he won’t control the emotions the best thing is to get up from the table and stop playing.
If that would be poker tournament he would need to deal with the tilt and play further. Sometime it might be worth to continue the cash game as well. We need to control the emotions and play as nothing has happened. We have to learn how to deal with the tilt. After loosing buy-in twice in a row Little takes a break or he stops the game.
